Desiccant Air Dryers
Desiccant dryers are used for drying the gas pipelines and removing water vapours/moisture from the air within the pipeline. Desiccant dryers in various capacities are used for drying gas pipelines. Trans-Asia’s fleet of dryers range from 1000 cbm/hr to 3300 cbm/hr capacity and can be used for pipelines ranging from 4” diameter to 48” diameter. Reliable high strength, non-acidic desiccant provides maximum performance and is easily stored and handled. Environmentally friendly, it eliminates worries associated with other types of dryers, such as refrigerant leaks, spills and disposal.
- Choice of four operating modes
- Left and Right tower pressure gauges
- Purge pressure gauge
- Moisture indicator – alerts operator of elevated dew point
- Throttling Valve provides accurate purge pressure adjustment
- Drying cycles can be varied
