Drying of gas pipelines with super dry air is an essential part of precommissioning. Trans-Asia’s heatless adsorption dryers form a simple but very effective design. The dryers use mutitronic microprocessor controls in conjunction with pressure-dew point sensors. Adsorption and desiccants retains the moisture in the compressed air thus allowing the removal of water and other contaminants from air. Trans-Asia’s fleet of air dryers ranges from 1100 cfm to 3600 cfm, pressures from 60 to 150 psig and dew points of -40 to -100 deg F. The dyers are equipped with energy efficient multi-stage centrifugal blowers eliminating process purge air and meet stringent noise requirements. Superior energy savings and long component life results due to Energy Management System that is standard on every unit. CAB Series dryers serve instrument, fluid power and process air applications in continuous or intermittent service.
